UK visa fees from 8 April 2026, every route in rupees

The Home Office revises its immigration and nationality fees each April. The 2026 table came into force on 8 April 2026 and is the version every figure on this site reads from; the costs page shows all routes side by side and each route's fees page shows the main applicant, dependants, priority and the surcharge.

Fees are paid on gov.uk in rupees at the Home Office's quarterly India rate, so the rupee figure on the payment screen differs slightly from the mid-market conversion shown here. The conversion date sits beside every number for that reason.

What did not change: the Immigration Health Surcharge, which is charged per year of the visa up front and refunded only on refusal. For a one-year master's it is the larger of the two payments; for a visitor it is nil.
